Sample One Week Module for Hotel Front Desk Agent

On this page, there are some sample Lesson Plans structured in the form of a one week module that teachers can follow as is, or modify to suit their particular classroom needs. Next to each theme group, is a brief description of the lesson and the CLB skills it covers.

These particular exercises were developed for the CCLB by a team of CLB/Essential Skills experts Vancouver Community College. You can download the Lesson Plans as either a word document or as a PDF file from the links in the table below.
